New Communications Firm Opens Doors to Serve Health Care, Nonprofit, and Mission-Based Organizations

June 9, 2008

(Dillsburg, Pa.) – Suasion, LLC, a marketing and communications firm in Dillsburg, Pa. announces its opening of the firm.  The recently established, woman-owned firm provides a full range of communications services to nonprofit and mission-based for-profit organizations such as health care providers; social services; advocacy, protection and education organizations; associations; and, long term and continuing care facilities.

With over 30 years of combined experience, Suasion brings together Founder and President of Suasion, Victoria Radabaugh and Suasion’s Vice President of Client Services, Megan Kurtz - who’ve worked together in communications in the past.

Through Suasion, clients receive a comprehensive range of services including strategic planning, market research, public relations, advertising, public awareness and education, Web site development, event planning, branding and communications training.  The team at Suasion is known for applying both traditional and not-so-traditional thinking tailored to suit individual situations.  Solutions often include cost-efficient, grassroots marketing in addition to more conventional tools such as advertising or public relations.

Suasion’s foundation is firmly rooted in two key principles:  provide the greatest output for the marketing dollar and employ effective communications to achieve the desired outcome.  One of the unique ways this is accomplished is through a well-developed and highly integrated internship program.  Through this program, Suasion maintains a pulse on innovative tactics while receiving an influx of new ideas and perspectives.  Plus, clients benefit from additional resources at no extra cost.  A lean and focused operation and out-of-the-box thinking, along with an innovative internship program maximizes the effectiveness of clients’ budgets.
“By providing effective communications services in the most efficient means possible, we hope to make these vital communications functions affordable for nonprofit and mission-based for-profit organizations,” stated Victoria Radabaugh, founder of Suasion.  “In this way, perhaps we can help more organizations positively impact the lives of the individuals they serve.”

Ms. Radabaugh brings an extensive amount of experience in all aspects of strategic planning and marketing communications in the health care, institutional and social services marketing environments. She has also directed a variety of feasibility studies as well as extensive market research in the health care and long term care industries. Ms. Radabaugh is proactively involved in each client account and works side by side with the clients to succeed in making an impact in and outside of their organization.

Ms. Kurtz joins Ms. Radabaugh as part of the senior team with several years of experience in providing a high level of client services to organizations in the social service and health care arenas. Ms. Kurtz oversees the day-to-day client management and activities, ensuring all deadlines and campaigns are carried through, and keeping everyone on the same page.
