As the founder of Suasion, Victoria brings over 27 years of experience in all aspects of strategic planning and marketing communications including market research, advertising and public relations. She has extensive experience in health care, social services and nonprofit, as well as for profit marketing environments. Victoria has directed a variety of feasibility studies as well as extensive market research in the health care and long-term care industries.
Victoria is frequently asked to share her expertise through speaking engagements. She has presented to statewide organizations such as the Pennsylvania Forum for Primary Care, the Quality Insights Medicare Initiative and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. She has also taught marketing courses for local businesses. Victoria has hosted legislative forums and appeared on PCN’s Talk Live show. Recently, Victoria participated in the 2008 Pennsylvania Nonprofit Congress at the Pennsylvania State Capitol to attain a better understanding of the needs of nonprofit organizations and to help set the agenda for the National Nonprofit Congress.

Taking It Personally
Victoria shares a few things you might not know:
- My greatest weakness is Dairy Queen’s French Silk Pie Blizzard. The really crazy (or pathetic) thing is - anybody can walk into the Dillsburg DQ and ask for Victoria’s blizzard, and the employees will know what to do!
- My least favorite thing to do — cook! The only reason I have a kitchen is because it came with the house!
- My proudest (and most challenging) accomplishment: raising two teenagers!
- If I could change one thing about the world, I would give everyone the gift of faith - because if everyone could experience the power of faith in themselves, in others and in a higher purpose, the rest of the world’s problems would disappear.
